The invention provides a preparation method of efficient plugging waterproof mortar. The preparation method is characterized by comprising the following steps: weighing the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 25%-30% of ordinary portland cement, 5% of solar silicon wafer cutting waste, 3% of banana fiber, 5% of a waterproof material, 30%-35% of quartz sand and 26%-32% of a liquid material, and stirring evenly, wherein the liquid material is prepared by mixing 40 parts by weight of acrylic emulsion, 55 parts by weight of water and 2 parts by weight of a water reducing agent evenly. The waterproof property is improved by adopting a hydrophobic slice prepared from an alloy compound as a waterproof material; due to the addition of the solar silicon wafer cutting waste, the compactness and the strength of the mortar are improved; and the permeability resistance and the leak-proof performance are improved.
