Granite-like decorative plate and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a granite-like decorative plate comprising an ardealite substrate and a preparation method thereof. The granite-like decorative plate is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 30-80 parts of ardealite, 15-60 parts of yellow phosphorus slag, 1-20 parts of cement, and 0.1-10 parts of quick lime. The yellow phosphorus slag, the cement, the quick lime and the ardealite are mixed and aged; therefore, the acidity of the ardealite is eliminated; the content of soluble matters in the ardealite is reduced; the solidification property of the ardealite is increased; by means of addition of the cement, the solidification property of the ardealite is further increased; the ardealite is modified and subjected to hydration reaction with the yellow phosphorus slag so as to generate a main product, namely ettringite crystals; and therefore, the strength and the water resistance of the granite-like decorative plate are obviously increased.
