The invention discloses a preparation method of a thermal-shock-resistant impact-resistant floor tile, which comprises the following steps: pulverizing and mixing the following components in parts by weight: 6-21 parts of clay, 1-9 parts of, 5-15 parts of barite powder, 2-8 parts of aluminum oxide, 13-25 parts of red porcelain clay, 5-14 parts of tin dioxide, 6-19 parts of chromium wire, 3-11 parts of titanium white, 4-12 parts of flame retardant and 1-7 parts of stabilizer; screening, adding 10-20 vol% of water, and making fresh pellets with the particle size of 3-5mm by a pelletizer; carrying out punch forming on the fresh pellets with a pneumatic engine to obtain a blank with the thickness of 5-20mm; and firing the blank in a kiln, drying at low temperature, grinding the edge, and polishing. The floor tile prepared by the method has excellent thermal shock resistance and impact resistance, and has favorable market prospect.
