The invention belongs to the technology for preventing ice and snow on track beams, and discloses a PC track beam and a manufacturing method of the PC track beam. The track beam comprises a beam body and ice and snow preventing coatings coated on a walking top surface, orientation sides and stabilizing sides of the beam body. The ice and snow preventing coatings are formed by the modified silane impregnation agent or high pressure tyre wear-resisting ice and snow coating materials. According to the invention, by using the ice and snow preventing coatings, ice and snow can be prevented from depositing and icing on the track beam, potential safety hazards are not caused to the train, the normal operation of the train is guaranteed. The PC track beam and the manufacturing method of the PC track beam are convenient to construct, simple in late maintenance and maintenance and low in cost and have obvious social and economic benefits.
