The device is used for cleaning a municipal bridge guardrail (1) and comprises water collecting tank assemblies (9), cleaning spraying heads (92) and a pressure supply device (7), the number of the water collecting tank assemblies (9) and the number of the cleaning spraying heads (92) are more than one, the water collecting tank assemblies (9) and the cleaning spraying heads (92) are connected in a one-to-one mode through water conveying pipes (91), and the cleaning spraying heads (92) are arranged above a spraying head mounting frame (8) exposed out of the ground (2).
