The bearing stratum is located below the soil body, a circular ring sand well is beaten in the soil body, concrete is poured in a circular ring of the sand well to form a pile, the axis of the sand well and the axis of the pile are located on the same straight line, the sand well and the pile are in the same depth, and the depth of the parts, entering the bearing stratum, of the sand well and the pile is not smaller than 0.5 m. The sand well drainage consolidation method and the CFG method are jointly applied to the foundation processing, a semi-rigid CFG pile serves as a pile core, the circular ring sand well is formed around the CFG pile, drainage consolidation processing is carried out on soft soil between the piles, and the load is jointly borne by the CFG pile and earth among pile through a cushion layer in a coordinated mode. The drainage consolidation of the foundation soil can be accelerated, the bearing capacity of the foundation is increased, resource utilization of construction waste is achieved, and environment pollution and construction cost are reduced.
