The invention provides an ecological type river channel silt cleaning device. The ecological type river channel silt cleaning device comprises a straight pipe which can be inserted into river bottom silt. The straight pipe is internally provided with a rotating shaft driven by a drive mechanism. The rotating shaft is provided with a spiral wing extending in the axial direction. A screw pump structure is formed by the rotating shaft, the spiral wing and the straight pipe. When rotating, the rotating shaft can lift silt below the straight pipe. The lower end of the rotating shaft extends out of the straight pipe, and a silt lifting device is fixedly connected to the lower end of the rotating shaft. The silt lifting device comprises lifting pipes evenly distributed in the circumferential direction. Each lifting pipe comprises a vertical downward bottom pipe, a transverse pipe extending from the upper end of the bottom pipe to the outer side of the straight pipe and a top pipe extending upwards vertically from the outer end of the transverse pipe. The system cannot destroy a riverbed ecological system in the process of cleaning river channel silt.
