The control cabinet comprises an inverter, a computer and a control relay. The inverter is connected to a power supply loop of the motor in series. The motor is used for driving the water pump. The analog quantity output end of the computer is connected to the control end of the inverter. The computer is a single chip microcomputer. The intelligent box type non-negative pressure water supply device has the advantages of being provided with the water tank in a parallel connection mode for storing water for increasing the adjustment capacity and improving the reliability of water supply, being under full-automatic unattended control, having a relatively good energy saving effect, being low in cost for facilitating popularization and use and being especially suitable for a secondary water supply occasion in frequent tap water flow-in pressure shortage or water flow-in flow interruption and shortage.
