The invention discloses a flow-regulating direct water supply device. The flow-regulating direct water supply device mainly consists of a flow-regulating pot, a water sterilizer, a water pump, a flowmeter and a control cabinet; the flow-regulating pot is installed in front of the water pump, and used for regulating the flow and pressure of a tap water inlet pipe; the flow-regulating pot is a sealed diaphragm-type regulator, mainly consisting of two parts of a pot body and a diaphragm bag; the diaphragm bag is installed in the pot body; and the flow-regulating pot is divided to two parts of a water chamber and an air chamber by the diaphragm bag. The flow-regulating direct water supply device has the advantages of simple structure, small land occupation, little investment, convenient installation and maintenance and the like, can be directly serially connected to the tap water pipe network for pipe network pressure-superposed water supply, and is capable of adequately using the tap water pipe network pressure to save the energy, regulating the flow of the tap water pipe network, and improving the reliability of the water supply.
