The invention discloses a waterproof and anti-seepage wall. The waterproof and anti-seepage wall comprises a first brick wall body and a second brick wall body, wherein the first brick wall body is arranged on one side of the second brick wall body in parallel, and a gap is formed between the first brick wall body and the second brick wall body and filled with a concrete structure. A waterproof layer is arranged in the concrete structure and is composed of waterproof concrete and a nonwoven fabric net which is soaked and solidified in waterproof concrete, and the nonwoven fabric net is parallel to the first brick wall body. By means of the mode, according to the waterproof and anti-seepage wall, the waterproof concrete is arranged in the middle, connection between the first brick wall body and the second brick wall body is enhanced, the structure is firmer, double-sided waterproofing is achieved, the anti-seepage performance is good, and cost is relatively low.
