The invention provides a phase change energy storage wall and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the manufacturing method, phase change energy storage material layers with different phase change temperatures are arranged on the outer surfaces of the two sides of the wall, wherein the phase change temperature of the phase change energy storage material layer on the outer side of the wall is higher than that of the phase change energy storage material layer on the inner side of the wall; the phase change energy storage material layer with a relatively higher phase change temperature is combined with the outer side of the wall serving as an external envelope structure of a building and stops external heat from being transmitted to an indoor environment of the building through the wall by isolating or absorbing the heat; the phase change energy storage material layer with a relatively lower phase change temperature is combined with the inner side of the wall serving as the external envelope structure of the building and maintains the stability of the indoor environmental temperature by isolating or absorbing and releasing the heat. Accordingly, by means of the phase change energy storage wall and the manufacturing method thereof, the indoor environmental temperature is effectively adjusted and controlled and can be maintained within an appropriate range for a long time.
