The invention relates to a roof floor drain cover board. The roof floor drain cover board comprises a screen clamped on a floor drain port. A rotary shaft perpendicular to the screen is rotationally clamped to the center of the screen. A pneumatic runner parallel to the screen is fixed to the upper end of the rotary shaft. A gap ranging from 5 mm to 13 mm is formed between the pneumatic runner and the screen. The lower end of the rotary shaft is sleeved with a hydraulic runner and can rotate freely relative to the rotary shaft. The roof floor drain cover board is simple in structure, dust and impurities can be separated, and a floor drain is effectively prevented from being blocked.
