The invention discloses a paint rolling wheel brush and belongs to the field of painting appliances. The efficient and high-quality painting can still be achieved and the labor-saving and convenient effect is achieved during operation under the conditions that brush handles cannot be always perpendicular to the wall surface to be painted and namely that a certain non-perpendicular included angle is produced. According to the technical scheme, the paint rolling wheel brush comprises a brush wheel, a brush shaft, a shaft rod and a brush handle; the tail section of the shaft rod, which is arranged in front of the shaft rod portion connected with the brush handle, is bent to form a swing shaft; the bending direction of the swing shaft is perpendicular to a plane which is formed by the brush shaft, the shaft rod and the axis of the brush handle together; the front end surface of the brush handle is fixedly connected with a shaft sleeve which is perpendicular to the axis of the brush handle and is shaped like a circular pipe; two square-block-shaped stopping blocks are symmetrically and fixedly connected with the outer wall surface of the shaft sleeve circular pipe to form a V shape; the swing shaft penetrates the shaft sleeve to be flexibly connected with the shaft sleeve to machine out a riveting head which is arranged at the end.
