The invention provides a slippage installing and positioning construction method for a large-span shaped steel beam. The method includes the step that the two sides of the shaped steel beam are each provided with a slippage rail; the diameters of needed rail ribs for slippage of the shaped steel beam are calculated, and the corresponding rail ribs are arranged on the slippage rails according to the calculation result; a cushion plate used for bearing the shaped steel beam is arranged in each slippage rail and above the corresponding rail rib; the shaped steel beam arranged on the cushion plates is arranged on the two slippage rails in a striding mode; a winch used for driving the shaped steel beam to slip is arranged, the diameters of needed steel wire ropes of the winch are calculated, and the corresponding steel wire ropes are tensioned on the cushion plates along the slippage rails according to the calculation result; according to positioning points where the shaped steel beam is to be installed, the shaped steel beam is slipped in place through the winch. A slippage system composed of the rail ribs and the winch is adopted for performing slippage installing and positioning on the shaped steel beam, the advantage that labor is saved is achieved, construction difficulty is reduced, the shaped steel beam can be slipped in place in short time, then the beam falls to a fixed position, construction speed is high, and the slippage travel is long.
