The windproof anti-seismic house is designed into an upper part and a lower part, wherein the lower part is integrally sealed to be of a U-shaped structure to be not afraid of flood, torrential flood and earthquake; the upper part is of an integrally conical structure to be not afraid of blowing, lightning and lightening, the upper part and the lower part are integrally connected but not be in contact with the ground, drainage ditches are arranged all around the house, a door is of a sealed door and a door sill is more than 20cm far away from the ground, as shown in figure. The windproof anti-seismic house provided by the invention has the beneficial effects of being simple in structure and good in effect.
