A self-adaptive sliding block lifter of a toothed belt pulling-and-lifting type buffer gear comprises a driving mechanism, a lifter rack and a lifter base, the lifter is characterized in that the lifter rack is a rectangular long-strip-shaped tube body, a gap is formed longitudinally in the side wall of the tube body to form a sliding rack, a rectangular toothed belt guide groove is formed in the inner wall of the tube body of the lifter rack, a toothed belt which can be drawn vertically and has flexibility is arranged in the toothed belt guide groove, the toothed belt is meshed with a toothed belt driving gear which is arranged at the position, on the lifter base, of the upper end of the lifter rack, the toothed belt is inserted in a guide groove in the tail portion of the toothed belt in a penetrating mode, and the lower end of the toothed belt is fixedly connected with a sliding block which is clamped in the sliding track. The lifter has the advantages that the toothed belt driving gear is arranged at the upper end of the toothed belt, so that the friction force between the toothed belt and the side wall of the toothed belt guide groove is reduced; when the sliding block is subjected to abrasion, a compression spring pushes a pulley block to move forward, so that the abrasion of the sliding block is compensated; a driving gear is changed to a buffer gear, the protective effect for the gear is achieved, so that the service life of the lifter is prolonged.
