The outer shell is a rectangular shell body which is formed by injection molding of engineering plastics, and the outer shell is provided with mounting salient points and mounting holes. The tension spring, the pull chain, the warning facility and a contact switch of the warning facility are arranged in the outer shell. The pull chain is pulled by external force, the contact switch sends an alarm signal to the warning facility connected with the contact switch, the external force is lost, the tension spring is retracted and reset, and the contact switch resets to enter in a standby state. The guard bar switch is mounted on walls on the left side and the right side of a window, an alarm host connected with the guard bar switch can send out alarm information according to a set alarm procedure, a communication network can further be used for constituting the Internet of Things, and thus control in different places can be realized.
