Method for eliminating ITO blank interlayer during pressure slip casting
Provided is a method for eliminating an ITO blank interlayer during pressure slip casting. 1167 g-1432 g of deionized water is selected according to the solid content of ITO powder, organic dispersants, ammonia water and filter aids are added to the ITO powder, stirring and grinding are conducted through a roller ball mill or a planetary ball mill, and therefore primary ITO slurry with the viscosity of 881 mPa*s-1300 mPa*s is obtained. Ageing is conducted for 10 h-15 h under indoor temperature conditions, then, ball milling is conducted for 3 h-5 h, and ITO slurry which has a high solid content and is prone to dehydration is obtained. Sieving is conducted through a 200-mesh sieve, defoaming is conducted through organic defoaming agents, and ITO slurry suitable for pressure injection is obtained. The ITO slurry is subjected to pressure slip casting, and demoulding is conducted after forming. A demoulded ITO blank is dried for two days under the temperature of 25 DGE C and then dried for three days under the temperature of 150 DGE C, and the dries ITO blank is obtained. A fracture of the ITO blank is sampled and observed under a scanning electron microscope, and the interlayer phenomenon is not found.
