The invention discloses a leather-sculpture decorative plate, a production method and a moulding machine. The production method includes following steps: (1) placing leather in a mould and heating the leather to soften the leather; (2) vacuumizing the mould for promoting the softened leather in the mould to be formed; (3) filling the vacuum-moulded leather with a foam material including an A pot material and a B pot material, wherein the A pot material includes SD-GH50 premixed polyether and a flame retardant, and the B pot material is isocyanate. The A pot material and the B pot material are mixed and then the formed leather material is filled with the mixed material. The production method and the moulding machine can be used for producing high-quality leather-sculpture decorative plate, are high in production efficiency, can enhance decorative radian and stereoscopic impression of relief sculpture and can enhance decorative capability.
