The invention discloses a high-water-permeability water permeable brick produced by recycled aggregates and a preparation method thereof. The high-water-permeability water permeable brick comprises the recycled aggregates, recycled sand, cement, water and an additive, wherein the weight ratio of the recycled aggregates to the recycled sand to the cement is (70-85) to (0-10) to (10-40), the weight ratio of the water to the cement is 0.2 to 0.6, and the weight ratio of the additive to the cement is 0.005 to 0.04. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, mixing the recycled sand, the recycled aggregates and the cement according to the weight ratio in the formula and uniformly stirring, wherein the recycled aggregates contain recycled cement stones and recycled sintered bricks and the weight ratio of the recycled cement stones to the recycled sintered bricks is about 50 to 50; secondly, adding the water according to the adding amount that the weight ratio of the water to the cent is (0.2-0.6) and continually stirring until the materials are uniformly mixed; and finally, pressing and forming the materials by a building block forming machine, and maintaining naturally for 28 days to obtain the high-water-permeability water permeable brick produced by the recycled aggregates.
