The invention relates to a low cementitious material self-compact concrete with rice husk ash as an internal curing agent. The low cementitious material self-compact concrete comprises Portland cement, rice husk ash, slag micro-powder, a modified polycarboxylate superplasticizer and a filler. The self-compact concrete has the characteristics of low consumption of Portland cement, good workability, stable later-stage strength development, low cost and substantial environment benefit. Compared with concretes in the prior art, the low cementitious material self-compact concrete has the advantages of self-compact concrete performance guaranteeing, reduction of the high burden and treatment cost of unused rice husk ash, slag micro-powder and other agricultural and industrial solid wastes to environment, and good application prospect.
