High-strength non-shrinkage grouting material
The invention discloses a high-strength non-shrinkage grouting material. The key point of the technical scheme of the invention is that the grouting material comprises the following components in parts by mass: 400-500 parts of cement, 500-600 parts of quartz sand, 2.0-2.2 parts of a water reducing agent, 0.2-0.5 parts of an expanding agent, and 0.2-0.5 parts of a polymer. The cement is 42.5 ordinary Portland cement. The polymer is ultra-low viscosity cellulose ether with a viscosity of 3000-5000mPa.s. With the adoption of the grouting material, the early-stage (1d) compressive strength of a cement-based grouting material under normal temperature is improved, shrinkage and cracking are prevented, construction is convenient, and the material can be directly used on site by being mixed with water. With the combination of the water reducing agent and the ultra-low viscosity cellulose ether, the sensitivity of the material to water can be reduced; bleeding and precipitation can be reduced; the fluidity of self-leveling mortar can be ensured; water retention can be enhanced; the self-healing capacity of the self-leveling mortar can be improved; a smooth surface can be formed; shrinkage is reduced; bearing capacity can be improved; the adhesion of the self-leveling mortar to a base surface can be improved; and the cohesion of the self-leveling mortar can be improved.
