A functional biomimetic composite biological piezoelectric ceramic material and a preparing method thereof
A functional biomimetic composite biological piezoelectric ceramic material is disclosed. The material is obtained by mixing rare-earth-doped piezoelectric ceramic powder and rare-earth-doped biological ceramic powder, shaping, firing and polarizing. A preparing method of the material is also disclosed. The material has characteristics of piezoelectric performance matched with human bodies, low contents of a nondegradable piezoelectric phase and excellent mechanical performance by doping rare earth elements into the material. In addition, based on up-conversion luminescence effects of the rare earth elements, recovery conditions of patients can be directly observed after the material is implanted into human bodies and the material has a good application prospect in the field of clinical medicine.
