Semi-flexible pavement based on cold-recycling base of bituminous pavement and construction method of semi-flexible pavement
The invention discloses a semi-flexible pavement based on a cold-recycling base of bituminous pavement and a construction method of semi-flexible pavement. The semi-flexible pavement is mainly composed of a macropore base mixture formed through cold recycling of old bituminous pavement and cement-based grout. The macropore base mixture is mainly formed by mixing following components including 1.5 part to 3 parts of bitumenous emulsion, 2 parts to 3 parts of padding, 68 parts to 93 parts of a smashed old bituminous mixture, 11 parts to 35 parts of coarse aggregate and 3 parts to 6 parts of water. The cement-based grout is mainly formed by uniformly mixing 100 parts of water, 50 parts to 60 parts of cement, 8 parts to 15 parts of polycarboxylate superplasticizer, 20 parts to 30 parts of pulverized fuel ash and 10 parts to 15 parts of SBR rubber latex. The invention further provides a construction method of the semi-flexible pavement based on cold-recycling base of the bituminous pavement. The problems of resource and fund waste, environment pollution and the like caused by rebuilding of the pavement are solved, and the semi-flexible pavement has the advantages of being track-resisting, fatigue-preventing, waterproof, wear-resisting and the like and has distinctive technical, economical, social and environmental benefits.
