The invention discloses a joint expansion and contraction device for an assembled bridge. The joint expansion and contraction device comprises two identical bases arranged opposite to each other and construction joints arranged on the inner sides of the two bases. The bases are welded fixedly to reserved steel bars at bridge floor joints through a plurality of anchor plates on the outer sides of the bottoms and connection steel bars at the front ends below the bottom faces. The joint expansion and contraction device also comprises holding bolts, damping rubber gaskets and spring washers. The construction joints are fixedly connected with the bases through the holding bolts. The damping rubber gaskets are arranged on the inner bottom faces of the bases. The spring washers are arranged under bolt heads of the holding bolts. The joint expansion and contraction device has the advantages of simple process, low cost, environmental protection and good quality.
