The stepped secondary water reutilization device is characterized in that a top-water-discharging washing machine is adjacent to the high end of a gradient wash basin; a wash basin down outlet is formed in the bottom of the lower end of the gradient wash basin, a water collection box is arranged below the gradient wash basin, and the wash basin down outlet is connected with the water collection box; the upper edge of the water collection box is connected with the gradient wash basin in a sealing manner; the outer side of the gradient wash basin is connected with a wash basin overflow pipe, and the lower end of the wash basin overflow pipe is arranged in a low-level pool; the bottom of the low-level pool is provided with a low-level pool water discharging pipe, and the low-level pool water discharging pipe is connected with a sewer; the water collection box is connected with a water replenishing pipe, and the water replenishing pipe is connected with an electromagnetic valve; a water collection box liquid level switch is installed on a position which is one third to two thirds of the total height of the water collection box.
