Spiral three-dimensional vibration isolation device
The invention relates to a spiral three-dimensional vibration isolation device. The device comprises a medium steel column, an outer steel ball, an inner spiral steel plate groove, a rubber layer and an inner spiral steel plate, wherein the medium steel column and the outer steel barrel are coaxially arranged; the medium steel column and the inner spiral steel plate are integrally casted; the outer steel barrel is connected with the inner spiral steel plate groove by a drilling hole; the inner column spiral steel plate is positioned in the inner spiral steel plate groove by an engaging corresponding manner; the rubber layer is adhered to the upper surface and the lower surface of the inner spiral steel plate by the vulcanization process; the other surface of the rubber layer is adhered to the inner spiral steel plate groove by the vulcanization; a gap is formed between the inner spiral steel plate groove and the inner spiral steel plate. According to the device, the vibration of the structure in the horizontal and vertical directions can be controlled; the ductility of the rubber and the rigidity of the steel plate are brought into full play and free of interference in each direction; the device can be applied to vibration absorbing of a common building, a special structure, a bridge and a mechanical device; the device is high in completeness, simple in structure, and high in stability and safety.
