The invention discloses a rough surface connection based assembly steel fiber regeneration brick concrete wall. The wall comprises prefabricated wall plates, cast-in-place vertical edge members, cast-in-place connection columns, built-in longitudinal bars and pre-buried welding plates. Rough surfaces are formed on left and right sides of the prefabricated wall plates, and horizontal rebars and vertical rebars are arrrnaged in the rough surfaces. The cast-in-place vertical edge members and the cast-in-place connection columns are connected with the prefabricated wall plates through the rough surfaces. The built-in longitudinal bars and the horizontal rebars are nested, and one-to-one spot welding is achieved at the connection positions to form a horizontal connection structure. The pre-buried welding plates are buried at the bottoms of the prefabricated wall plates and are welded with welding plates arranged at the tops of hidden beams to form a connection structure. The prefabricated wall plates are made of steel fiber regeneration brick. The invention further provides a construction method of the wall. Compared with traditional assembly walls, the wall has the advantages of being provided with a energy dissipation and seismic mitigation function, ecological and environmentally friendly, quick to build and economic and practical.
