The invention provides a prestressed plastic corrugated pipe with an anchor bearing plate inserting opening. The prestressed plastic corrugated pipe comprises a corrugated pipe, anchor bearing plates and a stranded wire, wherein the anchor bearing plates are connected with two ends of the corrugated pipe, respectively; the stranded wire is arranged in the corrugated pipe in a penetrating manner; a smooth circular pipe segment is arranged on at least one end of the corrugated pipe, and is fixed on the corresponding anchor bearing plate in a sleeving manner; a work anchor plate is arranged at one end, far away from the corrugated pipe, of each anchor bearing plate; a through hole is formed in each work anchor plate; a work clip through which the stranded wire passes is arranged in each through hole; the corrugated pipe and the anchor bearing plates are filled with cement pressure slurry; and sealing anchor mortar which is connected with the anchor bearing plates fills the exterior of the work anchor plates. By virtue of the prestressed plastic corrugated pipe with the anchor bearing plate inserting opening provided by the invention, the corrugated pipe and the anchor bearing plates are connected simply; and the connection reliability can be ensured.
