Method for constructing foamed concrete roof insulation layer
The invention discloses a method for constructing a foamed concrete roof insulation layer. The constructing method is characterized in that (1) thicknesses and technical requirements of a waterproof roll, a rolled waterproof material and a leveling layer used for a foamed concrete roof insulation system, and thicknesses of a basement layer treating agent, a pressing seam adhesion agent, a sealing material and a membrane waterproof layer used for a rolled waterproof pad meet national norms and regulations; (2) during concrete casting, regression operation is performed sequentially to prevent from disturbance, the foamed concrete surface is polished and jointed before initial set, and the distance from a discharge hole to a basement layer is not too tall; during large-area concrete casting, a method for gradually casting concretes by dividing zones is adopted and the once concrete casting height is not beyond 20cm, and the concrete is twice cast after initial set; (3) the concrete is cured after final set; (4) points warehouse seams are cut. The constructing method has the advantages that: firstly, selecting and using standards of constructing raw materials are strict, namely excellent raw materials are selected from good ones; secondly, fine constructing processes are present; thirdly, technological parameters are rigorous, scientific and standardized.
