Environment-friendly composite wallpaper and production process thereof
The invention relates to environment-friendly composite wallpaper. The environment-friendly composite wallpaper is processed by a surface-layer PVC (polyvinyl chloride) film, a middle sponge layer and bottom-layer non-woven fabric. The environment-friendly composite wallpaper provided by the invention not only solve seamless splicing and can enable the hand feeling to be soft and elastic, but also can save labor power, and is a new-generation decorative material with low price. The product disclosed by the invention is environmentally friendly, seamless, flame-retardant, gas-permeable, soundproof, wear-resisting and easy to clean. In a using process, the wallpaper disclosed by the invention is free of toxic residues, the aesthetic perception can be increased by printing or embroidering, and the firmness of the three layers of the wallpaper can be improved. Moreover, the environment-friendly composite wallpaper is good in gas permeability, good in mould resistance and corrosion resistance, and long in using time.
