The invention discloses a mobile lifting platform with brakes. The mobile lifting platform comprises a control system, a platform, a bottom frame and a guardrail; every supporting leg of the bottom frame is provided with a warning lamp; the guardrail is provided with a warning lamp; the warning lamps are electrically connected with the control system; a wheel is arranged below every supporting leg; the brakes are arranged on the wheels respectively. According to the mobile lifting platform with the brakes, a light shining prompt is provided so as to effectively remind the surrounding staff to avoid the four supporting legs during walking and not to stay below the platform due to the high-altitude personnel operation and accordingly the safety index is greatly improved and the safety of the personnel is protected.
