The invention discloses a toothed belt lift type spring buffer gear adaptive slide block hoist. The hoist comprises a driving mechanism, a hoist bracket and a hoist pedestal, and is characterized in that the hoist bracket is a rectangular strip-shaped tubular body, wherein the side wall of the tubular body is longitudinally provided with a slot forming slide rail; the inner wall of the tubular body of the hoist bracket is provided with a rectangular toothed belt guide groove; a toothed belt which can be drawn up and down and has toughness is arranged in the toothed belt guide groove; the toothed belt is engaged with a toothed belt driving gear which is arranged on the hoist pedestal at the upper end of the hoist bracket and is inserted into a guide groove in the tail part of the toothed belt; the lower end of the toothed belt is fixedly connected with a slide block clamped in the slide rail. The hoist has the beneficial effects that the toothed belt driving gear is arranged at the upper end of the toothed belt, so the friction force of the toothed belt and the side wall of the toothed belt guide groove is reduced; a pulley set is pushed to move forwards by a hold-down spring to compensate the wear of the slide block after the slide block is worn; the driving gear is the buffer gear, and a protection effect is realized for the gear, so that the occurrence rate of faults during use of the hoist is reduced.
