Winding lifting type buffer gear lifter
A winding lifting type buffer gear lifter comprises a drive mechanism, a lifter bracket, and a lifter base. The lifter bracket is a rectangular strip type tube. A seam is vertically arranged on the lateral wall of the tube to form a sliding rail. A rectangular lifting strap guiding groove is formed on the inner wall of the tube of the lifter bracket. A lifting strap is arranged inside the lifting strap guiding groove. The upper end of the lifting strap is wound on the upper end of the lifting bracket and is installed on a winding pulley on the lifter base. The lower end of the lifting strap is fixedly connected with a sliding block that is clamped inside the sliding rail. A winding pulley shaft is connected with the drive mechanism. The winding lifting type buffer gear lifter has the advantages that a car window glass is driven to ascend by the winding and lifting of the winding pulley on the upper end of the lifting strap, accordingly avoiding the defects that the lifting force makes a toothed belt of a toothed belt type lifter bend and deform, and the toothed belt type lifter is great in abrasion, easy to be jammed, high in failure rate and short in service life. The drive gear is a buffer gear which takes effect of protecting the gears, accordingly extending the service life of the lifter.
