The invention provides a regenerated concrete small hollow building block comprising a dry material which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-15 parts of cement, 50-60 parts of recycled coarse aggregate, 10-16 parts of steel slag sand and 15-22 parts of common sand. The invention further provides a manufacturing method and application of the regenerated concrete small hollow building block. The regenerated concrete small hollow building block disclosed by the invention has a good carbon dioxide absorbing property, can effectively save natural resources and effectively solve the environmental problems caused by the stacking of industrial wastes, and simultaneously has the advantages of being low in production cost, good in stress performance, capable of meeting a use requirement on bearing capacity, high in construction speed, energy-saving, emission-reducing, green and environment-friendly.
