The invention discloses a glass fiber gridding cloth reinforced polystyrene particle foam concrete insulation board, and a production method thereof. The glass fiber gridding cloth reinforced polystyrene particle foam concrete insulation board contains low alkalinity sulphate aluminium cement, dry discharge fly ash, polystyrene particle, resin powder, polypropylene reinforcing fiber, a stearate water repellent, an air entraining agent, a naphthalene-based superplasticizer, and lithium carbonate hardening accelerator. Water/material ratio ranges from 0.50 to 0.60. The production method comprises following steps: the naphthalene-based superplasticizer is added for stirring; dry discharge fly ash, and low alkalinity sulphate aluminium cement are added successively, and an obtained mixture is stirred to be uniform; resin powder is added for stirring; polypropylene reinforcing fiber, the stearate water repellent, lithium carbonate hardening accelerator, and the air entraining agent are added for uniform stirring; an obtained mixed material is added into a polystyrene particle slurry for uniform stirring; and an obtained slurry is delivered into a pre-laid glass fiber gridding cloth mould for maintenance and hardening; and after demoulding, an obtained product is subjected to film wrapping and packaging. The glass fiber gridding cloth reinforced polystyrene particle foam concrete insulation board is light, is high in strength, is capable of insulating thermal and realizing heat preservation, possesses fire resistance and durability, and is suitable for development of building industry.
