Reinforced anti-cracking mold material and molding method thereof
The present invention relates to a reinforced anti-cracking mold material preparation method, which comprises: 1) weighing cristobalite powder, alpha type high-strength gypsum powder, building gypsum powder, gypsum crystal whisker, talc powder and a super plasticizer according to the required weight percent ratio; 2) efficiently and uniformly mixing the weighed components; (3) taking the mixed mold material according to a certain weight, adding water, and stirring into a slurry state; and 4) pouring into a mother mold to mold, demolding after the final setting, placing into an oven to dry for 8-12 h, taking out, naturally cooling, and storing for spare. The molding method of the present invention has the following beneficial effects that: the normal pressure hydrothermal process is utilized to treat the natural gypsum or phosphogypsum and other by-product gypsums to prepare the stable-performance alpha type high-strength gypsum cementing material as the mold binder; and the normal pressure aqueous solution is adopted to synthesize and culture the dihydrate gypsum crystal whisker as the mold anti-cracking agent so as to prepare the mold material with characteristics of strong anti-cracking property, good thermal stability, simple preparation process, energy saving, and environmental protection.
