The invention discloses a strong polymerizing agent and a preparation method of the strong polymerizing agent as well as a building material manufactured by the strong polymerizing agent. The strong polymerizing agent is prepared from the raw materials including a polymerizing component A and a curing component B, wherein the polymerizing compound A comprises 2.0-7.0 parts of sodium chloride, 2.0-6.0 parts of sodium carbonate, 1.5-4.0 parts of potassium chloride, 5.0-19.0 parts of magnesium chloride, 4.0-8.0 parts of sodium metasilicate, 1.5-3.5 parts of fluosilicate, 1.7-3.2 parts of sodium aluminate and 5.0-8.0 parts of magnesium sulfate; the curing component B comprises 5-10 parts of silicate cement, 0.5-1.2 parts of phosphoric acid, 0.5-3 parts of ferric chloride and 10-15 parts of calcium superphosphate. The strong polymerizing agent is numerous in variety of cured substances, and the strength of the cured substances can be increased for a long time; even if the cured substances are subjected to freeze-erosion for multiple times, the strength is enhanced instead of being reduced.
