Mullite high-temperature clay and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a preparation method of mullite high-temperature clay for cracking furnace and catalytic cracking furnace flame path turning building firebrick and brickwork joint. The preparation method comprises the following steps of weighing 60-64 parts by weight of dry high-quality alumina powder with Al2O3 content greater than or equal to 80% and granularity of less than or equal to 0.088m, 15-25 parts by weight of mullite powder with granularity of less than or equal to 0.043m, 6-8 parts by weight of alpha-Al2O3 ultrafine powder with granularity of less than or equal to 5 microns, 5 parts by weight of silicon oxide ultrafine powder with granularity of less than or equal to 5 microns, and 10 parts by weight of high-quality clay fine powder with granularity of less than or equal to 0.088mm, adding 6-4 parts by weight of a phosphoric acid dilute solution with a concentration of 40-42.5% into 94-96 parts by weight of a composite binder aluminum sulfate solution with specific gravity of 1.25-1.30g/cm<3>, carrying out full stirring for 8-10min, slowly adding the powder into the prepared binder in a barrel according to a weight ratio of the powder to the prepared binder of 10: 20, carrying out stirring for greater than or equal to 6min so that the materials in the barrel are uniform, covering the mixed material, and storing the mixed material in a warehouse.
