The zirconia-based toughening dry vibration material comprises fused magnesia, calcined magnesia, magnesia-calcium clinker, alumina fine powder, zirconia-based micro-powder, anhydrous glucose and borax, wherein the fused magnesia is composed of small particles with the particle size of 0-1mm and fine powder with the particle size of 0.088mm, the calcined magnesia is small particles with the particle size of 3-5mm, and alumina is fine powder with the particle size of 0.088mm. The environmentally-friendly zirconia-based toughening dry vibration material has the advantages of no carbureting, no hydrogen increase, molten steel cleaning, strong erosion resistance, harmlessness to health of operation and construction people, and long service life in the use process.
