Comprehensive recycling process for acid leaching residues
The invention relates to a comprehensive recycling process for acid leaching residues. The process comprises the following steps: acid leaching; oxidation with air or hydrogen peroxide for removal of iron; primary zinc purification; secondary zinc purification; and roasting of filter residue. According to the invention, through oxidation acid leaching, the leaching rate of zinc in the acid leaching residues can reach more than 95%, so zinc content of the residues is effectively reduced; thus, the recovery rate of zinc can be substantially increased, and pollution to the environment is reduced. Moreover, the recycling process substantially reduces enterprise cost and social cost for treatment of the acid leaching residues and thoroughly overcomes problems in treating of the acid leaching residues.
