The invention provides a fiber reinforced composite material composite sleeper. The fiber reinforced composite material composite sleeper is a hollow sleeper formed by winding a fiber reinforced material dipped with a resin composition around a mold and then performing extrusion, curing molding and de-molding, wherein the fiber reinforced material comprises untwisted rough yarns, multi-axial woven cloth and fiber continuous stitch-bonded felts; the multi-axial woven cloth is arranged on the inner surface and the outer surface of the hollow sleeper; the untwisted rough yarns and the fiber continuous stitch-bonded felts are distributed between an inner wall and an outer wall; the untwisted rough yarns are arranged between the multi-axial woven cloth and each fiber continuous stitch-bonded felt and between every two adjacent fiber continuous stitch-bonded felts and are arranged along the longitudinal direction of the hollow sleeper. The mechanical property of the fiber reinforced composite material composite sleeper is good, the breaking strength of a static load exceeds 600KN, and the fatigue strength meets the requirements that the load is 230KN/46KN, the loading frequency is 5.0Hz and breaking is avoided even if loading is carried out for 2 million times. The fiber reinforced composite material composite sleeper is applicable to a great railway.
