The invention discloses a railway protective fence stand column and a manufacturing method thereof, and relates to the field of stand column manufacturing. A corbel-shaped supporting block reinforcement framework (3) is connected with a spiral reinforcement supporting tight section (9) of a stand column reinforcement framework (1), the middle part of an inverted U-shaped reinforcement (12) of a tenon reinforcement framework (2) is arranged on the inner part of the stand column reinforcement framework (1) in a sleeving mode; two reversely hooked reinforcements (13) of the tenon reinforcement framework (2) are hooked on two reinforcement connectors (10) respectively. The manufacturing method for the railway protective fence stand column comprises the following steps of laying the combined frameworks, putting the combined frameworks into a prefabricated mould, casting concrete, curing, de-molding a formed protective fence stand column, thereby obtaining a finished product. According to the railway protective fence stand column and the manufacturing method thereof disclosed by the invention, the reinforcement framework with a proper structure is arranged in the fence stand column, and different reinforcement frameworks are matched with one another to achieve required load-bearing capacity and impact resistance of the fence stand column.
