The heater comprises a fixed cavity (1), a heat insulation cloth (2), air supply pipes (4) and a return air pipe (5) for cycle heating of hot air; the inside of the fixed cavity (1) is divided into a plurality of heating zones, the movable air supply pipes (4) are arranged in the heating zones respectively, the heat insulation cloth (2) is fixed between the end portions of the air supply pipes (4) and the fixed cavity (1), the heat insulation cloth is driven to deform in the movement process of the air supply pipes (4) to form an area-changeable cavity, and the return air pipe (5) is arranged in the center of the fixed cavity (1). The shape of the effective heating surface of the heater can be changed, and the effective area of heating walls can be changed on the basis of the fixed cavity, so the adaptation ability of the heater to pavement damages with different shapes and sizes is improved, the repairing efficiency is improved, and energy consumption is reduced.
