The invention discloses a taper drum for sealing a way in a foggy area. The taper drum comprises a reflecting taper drum 1, yellow light source LED (Light Emitting Diode) flashing lamps 2 and a power supply unit 3, wherein the yellow light source LED flashing lamps 2 are divided into two groups and are arranged at the periphery of the reflecting taper drum 1; the power supply unit 3 is powered by a lithium battery and is connected with the yellow light source LED flashing lamps 2. By the adoption of the structure, during use, a power supply switch is opened, and the lithium battery is used for supplying power to the LED flashing lamps 2, so that the reflecting taper drum emits strong flashing light to remind passing vehicles of careful driving.
