The invention discloses an interception/convergence/drainage stable type slope debris flow preventing method and solves the problem that a barrier building constructed at the downstream side cannot prevent debris flow from the source. By utilizing the dynamic characteristics that surface water runoff and ground water runoff are influenced by the terrain, necessary material facilities are arranged, a cloth-tire type interception/convergence/drainage method (A) and a pocket-net type stable interception/convergence/drainage method (B) are adopted, the water infiltration amount of a soil layer is decreased, the soil layer of a slope is stabilized, the occurrence probability of the debris flow is minimized, the investment is low, and the method is easy to implement.
