Water surface deoiling device
The invention relates to a water surface deoiling device, which is mainly formed by a deoiling boat, a suspension arm, an oil pumping pipe, an oil storage tank, an oil pulling rope, a cover cap, an oil discharging port, a detector, a cover cap oil tank and a controller. The suspension arm and the oil storage tank are arranged on the deoiling boat; the cover cap is of a giant inverted funnel-shaped structure. The oil discharge port is connected above the cover cap; the cover cap oil tank is arranged outside the oil discharge port; the cover cap is suspended on the suspension arm. Two rope grooves are arranged in side plates of the deoiling boat; two end heads of the oil pulling rope are pulled into the rope grooves by drag hooks of the deoiling boat after surrounding a water surface area on a water surface under the action of an auxiliary boat. The oil pulling rope is gradually and slowly drawn, the suspension arm lays down the cover cap into the surrounding area, the cover cap is slowly sunk, and floated oil is upwards floated and concentrated along the inclined face of the cover cap, is discharged to the cover cap oil tank by the oil discharging port, and is pumped into the oil storage tank on the boat by the oil pumping pipe. When the detector detects that water exists in the oil discharging port, the cover cap is immediately lifted up. When the oil pulling rope is drawn to be with the area being smaller than the lower opening of the cover cap, the cover cap and the oil pulling rope are held back and deoiled. The water surface deoiling device is applicable to oiling in coastal waters, rivers, lakes, weirs and the like.
