The invention provides an air condensate device simulating water collection of cactus. The air condensate device comprises a base, a water tank, a refrigerator, a solar panel, a sun shield and a motor, wherein the front side and the rear side of the base are respectively provided with a supporting frame, the top ends of the two supporting frames are connected together by virtue of another supporting frame; a solar top plate is arranged on the top supporting frame, the solar top plate is provided with a solar support, and the solar support is provided with the solar panel; the left side of the base is provided with the refrigerator, the right side of the refrigerator is provided with the motor, the base is provided with a damper, one end of the damper is arranged on the base, and the other end of the damper is arranged on the supporting frame on the front end of the base. A great amount of vapor in the offshore air can be absorbed. Vapor consists of small water droplets with large density and can be adsorbed on the surface of various objects, and the vapor can be condensed to form large water droplets at a low temperature. Due to the high humidity and the regular action of the sea wind, the vapor can flow in a large range, the vapor can be well intercepted and liquefied, and a considerable quantity of fresh water resource can be collected.
