The invention provides a side suction type movable pump station system, which comprises a movable chassis, a lifting pump and a vacuumizing device, wherein the vacuumizing device is communicated with a pump cavity of the lifting pump through an exhaust pipe; the lifting pump is arranged on a through hole of the movable chassis in a suspension manner, so that a part of the lifting pump is positioned below the movable chassis. According to the technical scheme, a part of the lifting part is downwards suspended below the movable chassis, so that the center height of the lifting pump is reduced, the perpendicular distance between the centerline of an impeller of the lifting pump and the surface of a water source is further reduced, the performance of the lifting pump is effectively utilized, and the problems of high entrance head loss, incapability of effectively realizing the suction stroke and the lift of the pump and the like of a conventional drainer vehicle are solved.
