The invention provides a firmly connected building decoration panel driven by a driving rod and an attaching method thereof, wherein the building decoration panel is attached onto a building body through an attaching bonding layer, and is provided with a back side plane facing the attaching bonding layer and a front side plane opposite to the back side plane, a bonding layer filling groove which extends in the horizontal direction and is inwards recessed from the back side plane is formed in the middle position of the back side plane, one end, in the horizontal direction, of the bonding layer filling groove is provided with an opening, the other end of the bonding layer filling groove is sealed, a plurality of carrying posts are uniformly and fixedly arranged in the center position of the bonding filling groove along the horizontal direction, and the height, extending out of the back side plane, of the carrying posts is at least 1/2 of the thickness of the attaching bonding layer.
